- Toxic positivity - only positive comments and an "uplifting" attitude are tolerated openly so people complain a lot behind the scenes.
- Processes change all the time and everything is explained with it being part of normal "scale-up chaos", and people are made to feel like the individual employees, not the company, are a problem.
- You are encouraged/expected to promote the company on LinkedIn without extra compensation.
- Favouritism - for example, promotions seem to be based on personal relationships rather than competency
- People are being fired and also let go during their probation period, whilst there are simultaneously ads out for the same/similar positions
- Some of the middle and upper managers have low leadership skills and they seem insecure and tend to borderline bully.
