Portledge is an excellent School

Everyone works well together no cons that I notice

Free lunch. Nice grounds. Holiday breaks for people who can actually take time off.

The school prioritizes parent requests and board wish lists over the wellbeing of faculty and other employees. Low pay. Less than 3% raises. Poor senior leadership. Blind to issues constantly reported about the same people.
