*Not enough technicians for the ever-increasing workload
*Management's solution to clients being upset with our response time is more overtime and working harder
*Management seems to care more about profits than technician stress levels
*Techs should not expect to get anything resembling a full night of sleep when on call
*Get any promises management makes to you in writing
