There is a toxic culture being spread in Human Resources right now. There is a lack of fairness and trust being displayed by senior leadership. SLT talks about how your mental and physical health is important, but it feels more like a liability. And in the end, there are overall feelings of if you leave, it's totally okay because they'll just replace you with someone they know. And they don't seem to care.
