You basically OT everyday and they dont appreciate you. your annual leave just for display very hard to get it approved efficiently even though you sent min 1 week in advance, Favourism applies here as well.

- clear SOP - people there are nice (generally speaking) - AL is approve as long as not clash with busy period

- low pay and little progression - management favorize certain staff - still need to work late time to time due to nature of role - owned by family, operate like family (accordingly to how they want things)
