You will need to be able to work in a open work-space with others, so if you have a hard time concentrating or you are a more introverted person this can be challenging. The job is one that has guidelines but requires judging fairly circumstances in gray areas with common sense. If you have a hard time thinking outside of the box or do not have an open mind to learning new things, this job may not be for you.
