      Great 401K match and decent PTO

      Cons

      Management is old school, close-minded, and refuses to invest in its technology or employees. Projects end up being cyclical in nature and don't move forward or provide the proper resources to advance. Felt stuck in the same role and in the same roadblocks.

      Pros

      Great culture, awesome benefits, great work life balance! Populus and it's really cares about their employees. They are always looking for ways to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction. They allow for a hybrid working schedule and offers a generous PTO plan. Leadership is supportive and understanding, encouraging open dialogue and transparency. Glad I work here.

      Toxic environment with maybe the worst pay discrepancy in the business. No future.
