Not great - Anonymous employee Poptop Employee Review

Difficult to progress. Management is terrible, late, leaving in the day for salon appointments, doesn’t pass on key information, take credit for other’s ideas. Terrible office culture - you have to be in with the management to get anywhere and if you’re not, you’re nobody. Don’t listen to concerns raised. Everyone is either taking a smoking break or messing around. No sympathy for any personal grievances. CEO says they appreciate everyone’s ideas, then steamrollers every conversation until everyone agrees with them.
