      Pros

      When I started at Pop! earlier this year, I surveyed the team on what was working, not working and what should we change. The top two themes that came from that exercise was our amazing and collaborative culture, and the efficiencies we realize by utilizing the tools in the entrepreneurial operating system (eos)! These are two corporate qualities many organizations strive to pursue daily and I am lucky to be a part of a team that values and takes steps to sustain these qualities.

      Cons

      I recently introduced new benefits to the team at Open Enrollment. I look forward to researching and offering more in the future!

      Pros

      Pop! Promos has been the best experience. I came from place that was truly awful to work at and have been blown away by how incredible this place is. My coworkers are incredible people, the bosses communicate well and show appreciation for hard work, and the company outlook is great. The home/work life balance is great (work from home two days a week) and they support you in everything you do. They hire from within the company as they have grown and are always communicating decisions that they make. You are promoted after 9-12 months as a sales support and the entire process is transparent. I did not think it was possible to have such a positive experience at work. P.S. the office is dog friendly with snacks and drinks available 24/7!!

      Cons

      It is a fast work environment at times so it takes a certain type of personality to deal with it. Personally, I love it but that may be a con for some people.
