Supportive management team and nice surroundings.

Demanding customers wanting something for nothing.

As a grad it was a good place to cut my teeth in tech. There are some really smart people working there, so you learn a lot from other fields.

Outside of Electricity and Engineering department (both heads of these departments are great), senior management has focused too much on Sales and Marketing, and have forgotten about the departments that actually handle their products. Oh and if you're an engineer, you will be told what you do makes no value, and will probably be made to feel inferior so they don't have to pay you.
