      Great support staff, the owner is very caring, the company is committed to excellent service to their customers, technicians are offered a lot of freedom, the on the job training is very in-depth which is very beneficial for new technicians, and the company is extremely organized.

      Cons

      Some days can be very long hours depending on the route.

      Salary despite being told I was hourly.

      Cons

      5 months in the truck with the owner. Gaslighting for months about getting a route. Being the owners personal assistant. Racism on the daily. A very very untrained owner. Extremely unsafe driving habits. Constant verbal abuse about customers. Extreme paranoia about the US government.
