Cons
First off, someone needs to investigate the shady way this business is run. The fact that past and present employees were LOCKED OUT of our 401ks because of Pontera's dubious workings is beyond ironic. Not to mention the company gave no notice that this would happen or when it would be resolved. The company is run by bullies and will ruthlessly boot people out. The culture is extremely toxic, one of the worst culture's I have ever seen. The only plus side is this will result in great trauma bonding with your fellow employees (for as long as they survive there). If you happen to fall into a "diverse" category, run now. Any diversity that manages to get through the crooked hiring process is swiftly let go.
