Pros
100% remote working from home.
Cons
Despite putting in long hours and going above and beyond my job description, the compensation remained abysmal. The meager paycheck barely covered basic living expenses, let alone provided any financial motivation or job satisfaction. Incompetence seemed to be the defining trait of the leadership team. Decisions were made without considering the impact on the workforce, and communication was practically nonexistent. Attempts to address concerns or seek guidance from higher-ups were met with indifference or dismissiveness, further eroding any trust in the management's ability to lead. The toxic work environment, coupled with low pay and incompetent management, (I could go on all day) created an unbearable combination. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment at this company to think twice and weigh the potential consequences on their mental and financial well-being. It's a shame that such an environment can persist.
