This was the most demoralizing job I’ve ever had. Multiple issues were brought up with H.R. about fair compensation and morale, and every time I received different answers why my experience wasn’t correct. It’s hard to overstate how deeply troubled this company is and how strong the line is between management and people actually doing the work to earn the company money. The system rewards incompetence in management by requiring employees underneath them to inform managers how to do their jobs without consequences. Teams get smaller and smaller and rather than pay remaining employees more they pocket the salaries of former employees and give offensively small pay bumps to the lowest earning person on the team to do the jobs of the people who have left. On a personal level, I have much respect for the people leading this company and wish them the best. On a professional level, I hope they can bridge the disconnect between their words and the experiences of the people who work for them because it is terrible place to work.
