Pros

No pros. Only cons. Ok.

Cons

They need employees who doesn't have family, doesn't need to enjoy life, work 24x7, doesn't ask for salary, work for free. Throw the employees whenever they wish to. They don't care about employees. All they need is money. But they forgot that employees gives them clients who gives them money. If you don't work like a donkey, they'll never appreciate. Also salary is so less that it's worthless.

Pros

Best Companies have always had a strong emphasis on internal workplace culture, the result of which is a strong team who share a common set of values. The people who work here and the atmosphere they create is nothing like anywhere else I have ever worked. The company not only provides one stop solution for price updates and trade in polymers but also the growth opportunity to every employee and adapts to opportunities and changes. Attrition is as low as negligible which reflects the company's culture and why people want to work with SIPL / Polymerupdate. On a personal level, I have benefited from the belief of my manager and the freedom to find areas where I can add most value. I have never lacked for resources and have usually been backed when wanting to do things the right way.

Cons

The flipside to the strong focus on workplace culture is that it can make recruitment difficult and leave us slightly short on resources in certain teams. As far as our clients are concerned, we pride ourselves on the service we provide but there are times where we put ourselves under pressure and compromise or delay our long term plans to satisfy an individual client or react to a short term event.

Pros

A technology-savvy company with a vision for the future. The company is a pioneer in so many ways, ahead of the local competition. Proper IT, Operational, and Human Resource processes in place. The company has developed and evolved the methodology for its core processes like Price Assessments, Content Research, Editorial Reviews, etc. Healthy work environment and culture to make everyone at ease. Healthy competition within and across teams makes it a more challenging and interesting work environment. Every employee is motivated by its division head and the Management to innovate and challenge themselves with ideas. The management team always has an open-door culture and are always ready to listen. Compensation is on par with the market. This is one company where you can discuss and implement your ideas and reap rewards and grow as the company grows.

Cons

After 4 years and some months, I am still trying to find one.
