Pros

Mission-driven company: It feels good to work for a brand that values sustainability and craftsmanship. There’s real pride in the product, and it trickles into the work we do creatively. Creative freedom: The team is trusted to push boundaries and explore new ideas, especially when it comes to brand building and visual storytelling. Strong design culture: Leadership in the creative department genuinely understands and values design. Feedback is thoughtful, not arbitrary. Opportunity to grow: If you’re self-motivated, there’s a lot of room to shape your role and contribute cross-functionally across departments. Tight-knit team: There’s a collaborative, get-it-done attitude without a lot of ego. It’s a team that cares about doing good work and being good to each other.

Cons

Pace can be fast and scrappy: Resources don’t always match the ambition of the work. It’s a great place for people who are flexible and solution-oriented, but not ideal if you're looking for rigid structure or big-agency polish. Midwestern location limits creative talent pool: For hybrid or remote creatives, it can sometimes feel like you're missing out on in-person synergy. Scaling pains: As the company grows quickly, processes don’t always keep up. This can create bottlenecks or moments of confusion around ownership and timelines.

Pros

The pay was decent for a customer service job

Cons

This is a very stressful job where you are handling customer complaints all day long. Management is too busy micromanaging what you are doing to actually care about you as an employee. You get graded on your conversations and have to tell the team when you are using the restroom! This company only cares about their profits, nothing about their employees! They would rather pay people less per hour than bring back the employees who are already trained so don't think you're gonna have work come next season!
