Pros
Good co-workers that support one another. Interesting work,
Cons
PMI is the kind of place that takes every opportunity to state that "we are a family". But when our area is hit with a natural disaster - 1 million people without power all weekend and likely for the next work week, all day cares and schools closed, trees down all over the roads, a shortage on gas, people cooking every meal for their family on the grill outside hoping not to run out of propane, no hot water or showers - PMI is not asking how they can help "the family", but rather expects everyone to make it into one of the offices - none of the offices adequately set up to allow anyone to fully do their job with internet and company document access or a place planned for people relocated to sit. Don't expect the head of HR to overrule any of this either because she is married to the President. Major RED FLAG! Time to look for a job that takes a natural disaster and the employees into consideration with their decisions.
