Pros
Some, but superficial and few & far between
Cons
Low pay (starting @ $15-$16 per hour), high benefit cost (2 person Medical is $500+ per month), 4-year vesting on 401k, poorly managed, lots of turnover, lacks training opportunities. Infuriatingly blind when it comes to any conversation about shifts in position/lateral moves. They seem to be focused on increasing portfolio to attract possibilities for buyout- don’t value employees (dangerous snowstorm and still leadership kept agents in the building), constant errors in commission payments, HR acts on behalf of company & not employees, not LGBT-friendly (use of “deadnames” in internal communications), lack of diversity in management & hiring practices, constant micromanagement, unbelievably unprofessional. 100% PROFIT-CENTERED.
