Pros
It's a nice concept. It's fast paced and challenging at times. You feel good by giving your hard working customers a healthy alternative. Benefits are fair.
Cons
It's like working for a mom and pop restaurant. They don't give managers the respect they deserve. It's a cut throat business. Everyone is looking on how to make the other look bad in order to move up. You may have a boss who can barely speak english and his interpersonal skills are of a caveman but the company is ok with that, because he's been with them along time and the company didn't care to much about developing his people skills and making him an actual asset. The schedule is a joke because there always short handed managers so in most cases you end up working 6-days a week and in many cases even seven. If you want to get burned out and not spend quality time with friends and family ever this is definitely the job for you.
