      A lot to learn. Good training program outside Texas (FL). Good benefits and the weekly pay is a big plus nowadays. Missed Pollo😔

      Cons

      Corporate and management team needs to realize this is a different market and Caribbean food need to be promote to create brand awareness. If not is doom for failure
