Political and hostile work environment - Territory Manager Pollard Banknote Limited Employee Review

Unfortunately, you work for the AZ Lottery which is a state agency and that involves a lot of politics. This was a great job and great place to work, but recent changes made it a hostile work environment. They fired several key executives. The interim Director for the Sales and CS has no leadership skills and is very unprofessional. He manages by Ego and not leadership allowing Politics to rule and create a hostile work environment.
