Pros
Truthfully, everything seems ideal at Policymedical until about 1 month in, and then reality sets in.
Cons
The expectations at Policymedical became unreachable after just a short time spent there. It became clear that no matter what I accomplished (or any employee it seemed) was not going to be enough. I never expect to be praised for every small task, but the boss tends to degrade or find a small way to put you back in your place, making you feel like you have to find a way to come back stronger and prove yourself every second. He portrays a very casual and laid back attitude, which seems pleasant at first, but I soon realized I was being picked apart and judged for every minute of my time spent there. I will never forget the late nights or weekends spent working, while still receiving emails with a negative tone. This to me is not worth any salary paid – it does not make up for being made to feel useless in my role. I’ve actually never felt so insecure in my entire career until I joined Policy medical.
I have read the other reviews here, and some mention the policy management software being a good product at least – I thought the same for the first while, until directly hearing many customer complaints about issues, or promises that were never delivered. I understand the customer completely, and hope that management of this company will put their ego aside and start listening to the customer.
