      Nothing except any one can easily crack the interview If your manager is happy then you don't even need to work

      Cons

      Company keep firing people and keep hiring as well You should be very good in politics to remain in company, I'm doing so from last 3 years Very bad in technology & culture Worst CTO ever seen
