You are confronted with experts in their domains and people who have a lot of contacts. It is definitely a good place to meet influential policy-makers. Older researchers don't hesitate to share their thoughts which create stimulating conversation.

Not give a lot of responsibilities but it is probably because I did not stay for too long.
