Mostly relaxed environment Lots of family and party events Possibility of working remotely or going to the office as you please (depending on the project)
Cons
No clear or relevant progression, professionally or salary-wise. Due to it's start-up like methodology some things that should be well defined, often aren't e.g: number of holidays, when you should take a sick day or not, etc. Lack of connection between HR, management and workers. Example: I've talked with my manager 2x in 3 years. I doubt he actually knows much about me, which makes it clear what my future is here. Salary is below the average in the field, 25% of it is not gross.
