Pros
Fast paced environment to learn in for new hires and experienced hires have opportunity to train junior resources. The work here teaches individuals how to prioritize time against multiple projects and manage client expectations. Both junior and senior employees and work history diversity brings unique experience to project teams. A majority of your efforts here will be client facing, which will improve your PM and communication skills. If you follow the process defined by the company, you will be promoted quickly here.
Cons
It is difficult to completely roll-off a project, making time management tough when you start new projects. Management does not always have oversight into employee initiatives. If you have a problem or a concern, it will be up to you to raise the red flag and go directly to supervisors. Not all employees are onboard with the company value of 'Accountability', which makes you sometimes feel you become 100% accountable for entire project work streams. The company is still in its growing phase of being able to design and deliver quality software products. Promotion is difficult if you achieve the same results with a different process than what the company suggests to achieve project and team success.
