Pros

Its a job. Pays ok. Lots of young energetic people.

Cons

Not what I expected at all, very disorganized! There are better gigs around the city, so I'd say keep looking. This is not a pleasant place to work at. Also beware company asks current employees to leave reviews here to improve ratings.

Pros

Very prosperous company and people are supportive and friendly. I like it very much

Cons

It's a private firm so procedures or work schedules may not be well found. Not necessarily has to be cons though.

Pros

1. You are the jack of all trades because you learn & do EVERYTHING! You do Management Consulting, Tech Consulting, Support, Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Coordinator roles, Project Management! 2. You definitely go up the chain quicker as a new hire out of college. 3. You are thrown into the fire!

Cons

1. You are too busy to be a master of anything. Why? Because you have too much on your plate that you won't be able to focus on something you like. 2. As you go up the ladder, you still retain your old work. 3. People are overworked. Some project managers decide that its not worth it to invest in a QA resource or a support member on a project and instead let the analysts/consultants do the work (even when some are not even qualified). Why do they do this? Because these project managers don't want their margins to look bad. Unfortunately they are pressured to GET IT DONE (exact words of a partner) regardless of how much a project is sold. 4. There's no energy anymore. People don't go to happy hours anymore. I guess they're not happy?
