Pros

Nothing that comes to mind. This job and company made me disgusted every day that I walked into the office!

Cons

100% commission, no gas money, worked long hours, begged people to buy anything and was thrown out of offices everyday. Was lied too saying there was base, gas mileage, and commission. Average paycheck was lucky to be 100 dollars a week if that. Scam artists for sure. I should have done my homework before starting. Just believe the negative reviews because they are all the reviews ACTUALLY written by honest former employees. They prey on young college kids to fall into their Trap. This company has been featured on us complaints and the ripoff report. Another pyramid scheme

Pros

I was lucky to find this job as an entry level new to the work force. The people here are fun to work with. They have such energy, optimism, and drive. I was welcomed the second I set foot in the office. Everyone really cares and spends time both in and outside the office. They give you all the tools to be successful and I've had so many awesome coaches to help me along the way. I was lucky to find a job where they have hands-on training and teach so many valuable skills. I feel like I know so much more about business than I would sitting in a classroom. Tara really cares about her team and is such a ball of energy every time you see her. Her coaching along with others in the office has helped me grow both professionally and personally, and that's exactly what I wanted in my first job!

Cons

The way I see it, some people like to make excuses as to why they are not successful. I choose success. If it was easy, everyone would have it.
