While the work flow can increase towards the end of the project, or delivery phase, we encourage our employees to discuss any overtime invested in a project with their managers, and to request time-for-time for every hours worked above their contractual rate. So if any employee or their colleagues are starting to get overwhelmed, we encourage people to signal this phenomenon. We train our management to keep an eye on the health of their employees, so we can prevent burnouts. Finalizing a project can be a challenging and rewarding step, but it can also be stressful, therefore we want our employees to be engaged in a healthy, open and transparent workflow, but we also expect team-play and fairness.
