      Pros

      Great people, good work life balance, excellent product

      Cons

      Company isn't heading in the right direction. Upper management doesn't listen and doesn't take suggestions or feedback seriously. Unrealistic expectations. We've lost lots of great employees due to these and other concerns.

      Start up feel but financial backup of bigger company. Chance to make an impact and contributions are listened to.

      Pros

      - Super supporitive team, if you ask for help you will get it. - Quarterly business reviews allow the whole company to connect 3 - 4 times a year. - Direct access to the president of the company really makes you feel like you're making a difference. - Great benefits!

      Cons

      - Every team conversation is dominated by the men trash talking and teasing. If you're a woman and you don't follow sports you're basically left out of every conversation. - The team is scattered across different time zones, be prepared to work at all hours. - Pay is just OK.
