Creative freedom, nice kitchen, great innkeepers/managers, amazing cleaning staff, beautiful scenery
Cons
Owner (not managers, but owner of the whole vineyard) is a jerk who makes unreasonable requests. Would be a 5-star review without him. Thankfully he isn't around often. Small place without much room for growth or advancement. Innkeepers are amazing.
