Since day one, I've felt recognized and invested in at Podium. It's truly a meritocracy, where entrepreneurial spirit and ownership are rewarded. There's a palpable excitement that we are building something that matters which makes it meaningful and rewarding to put in the work.
Cons
Hours can be long, and direction changes often. You have to keep your ego in check because your good work can be quickly pivoted away from.
