Pros

Podium is a fantastic place to work despite what is suggested by some of the reviews below. Personally, I have progressed through multiple roles and set myself up financially, and made friends for life - and I'm not the only one. Lots of opportunities for top performers to excel, broaden their skill sets and progress their careers and I would recommend Podium to anyone looking to take their career to the next level. Podium has a high-performing culture and those that perform are very well remunerated with many people in the team earning 200k-250k+. These top performers also closely nurture and coach the younger talent - especially those that actively seek this coaching. Now for a lesson from the school of hard knocks and tough surprises... If you believe that joining as a junior SDR with little to no SaaS experience will result in you earning more money than the average doctor (who studies for 7+ years) in just 6 months on the team, then you likely don't have a realistic understanding of your capabilities or how the world actually works. You need to be prepared to humble yourself, leave ego at the door, work hard and be innovative. You won't do well here if you fall into a victim mindset or think the world owes you something - it doesn't....

Cons

Podium is a growing business so things aren't perfect. Constant change is a certainty. Junior folks and those new to SaaS can find this destabilizing.
