Pros
They try to create a camaraderie which felt very and inviting and welcoming for about the first two weeks until training was done. If you have decent sales experience, and can produce results instantly and have used some of these softwares and can cold call, this is a fine job for you.
Cons
Once you get two weeks of training on the different softwares you use, you are on your own. You are expected to know, and start producing results instantly. They do not make it clear enough before accepting the job that if you do not hit bike shop requirements by your third week making calls after those 2 weeks that they terminate you. they put no effort into teaching or elevating SDRs. They try to weed the people that need help out even though this is an entry-level position and nobody can be a pro at a new job in five weeks. I reached out to multiple people asking for help. Some of them were helpful, but the leaders were not. I advise having a back up option if you decide to work with Podium as your first sales job.
