Amazing onboarding and recruiting process - Software Engineering Manager Podium Employee Review

I am a new employee, but I had to share broadly about the amazing onboarding experience I had as a remote employee. When you are onboarding as a remote employee there are many things that are awkward because you won't be going to a physical building. The team here did such an amazing job answering questions and guiding me through the onboarding process. They were texting and emailing which is way more convenient for me than just email.
