Pros
Podium gives you the tools and training to be successful, then let’s you decide how to work. A lot of freedom. Very positive environment and manager who are involved and interested. A lot of free stuff too which is an adds benefit !
Cons
If you need a lot of structure or need to be told what to do, this may not be for you. I wasn’t a fan of the unlimited time off, you’re almost looked down on for taking time off. Parental leave was not good.
