Pros

You get a lot of people that will say their company cares about them and we all know in the back of our minds that sounds great but it's probably only partially true at best. Podium is different. I was hesitant to take a job here. I came over from a fairly low paying job and took a pay cut to get here (against my better judgment). It ended up being absolutely the best call I've made professionally. I've since been promoted and moved to a position with more responsibility and I've never once felt undervalued. The people that work here are here because they genuinely believe in the mission and feel like they're contributing something valuable to the industry. Weekly catered lunches, soda, free food and department activities are just icing at this point.

Cons

Podium is growing at a breakneck speed. We change procedures, software and other would be static features in the company on what feels like a weekly basis. It can be really hard to keep up.
