      -SDR Training and support is awful crammed in "bootcamp" then left to fend for yourself. - some SDR's given inbounds and marketing leads then comapred to others without any support. - No flexibility 5 days in sweatshop even moved our starting time to 8am?? - If you want any help you have to go out of your way to find it, managers don't exist for SDR's they're too busy trying to squeeze deals out of AEs - low pay..
