Pros
It is super fast paced - you'll never be bored. If you are.... you're doing something wrong. Theres a lot of room for growth and opportunities to learn and do more. The company is performing phenomenally in the space. A lot of employee perks make the day to day easier (onsite cafe, snacks, lunches, free ev chargers, etc.)
Cons
It is super fast paced. Pro or con depending on who you are. If that's what you like you'll do great, if you want something low key. Podium isn't for you. You have to be able to keep up or you're out. Sometimes feels a little daunting.
