      Pros

      Embracing team that really helps with development and learning. Pay and benefits is really great and a huge advantage. Company promotes many people from within and great employee retention.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but be prepared to work hard and fast. I worked in super small startups and thought those work environments were super fast paced, but Podium's pace is no joke. If you are looking to grow your career and work hard, this is a great place for you.
