      Podium will definitely challenge you to always push yourself to improve. From manager reviews and leadership meeting to product improvements and continual updates, you will always be busy with clients and growth here. There is also a very structured path to promotions on the CX side.

      It's a bit too chaotic at times. My job got much more difficult with no compensation added
