What's kept the company sustainable is its people, not its management. Having actual experiences in production themselves, they will not hesitate to help you when they can.
Cons
6 years is a long time to still associate the 'startup' label to a certain venture. That's because there are members of the management who are only good at spewing ideas, but don't necessarily have the necessary skills or humility to acknowledge actual challenges. They're big on selling ideas without having putting down the process first.
