Pros

1. Decent work pressure 2. Planned deadlines 3. 5 days working

Cons

1. Favouritism, the HOD promotes those who she likes and who pamper her. 2. If the "loyals" give wrong information, the HOD doesn't care to cross check or verify, but directly forms an opinion, based on that treats the employees. 3. Some seniors are good for nothing l, condescending, rude, will yell in the office for not understanding what they have in mind. On complaining to the HOD, all you get is, can't do anything, that's her nature! Like seriously? 4. No transparency 5. People who are Sycophant and lapdog, get promoted easily, while those who work hard but are honest, are not.

Pros

None. Avoid this horrible hellhole at all costs.

Cons

My experience with Swati Popat and her team, Farida and Jalpa, was not just unprofessional—it was shocking and deeply disturbing. Swati Popat exhibited outright dishonest behavior, and I witnessed incidents where she physically struck employees and used vulgar, abusive language. This level of misconduct creates a workplace environment that is not only toxic but outright dangerous for employees. Farida and Jalpa contribute to this culture by enabling such appalling behavior, making it impossible to trust or respect their leadership. This is not just poor management; it's outright abuse of power. Anyone considering working with them should proceed with extreme caution. Such actions should never be tolerated in any professional setting. Swati Popat’s public image as an early childhood educator and advocate for child protection under POCSO is deeply hypocritical and alarming when compared to her actual behavior. Behind the scenes, she creates an oppressive and abusive workplace environment. Her conduct toward employees includes dishonesty, physical aggression, and the use of vulgar, degrading language—actions entirely contradictory to the values she claims to uphold. This stark contrast raises troubling questions about what might occur behind closed doors, particularly given her advocacy for children’s safety. The inconsistency between her public persona and private behavior is not only unsettling but also indicative of a profound lack of integrity. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and I urge anyone considering professional ties with her or her team to think twice. Farida and Jalpa, who work closely with Swati, perpetuate this culture of toxicity, further eroding trust and professionalism. The lack of accountability within this group is alarming and unacceptable.
