1. Favouritism, the HOD promotes those who she likes and who pamper her.
2. If the "loyals" give wrong information, the HOD doesn't care to cross check or verify, but directly forms an opinion, based on that treats the employees.
3. Some seniors are good for nothing l, condescending, rude, will yell in the office for not understanding what they have in mind. On complaining to the HOD, all you get is, can't do anything, that's her nature! Like seriously?

5. People who are Sycophant and lapdog, get promoted easily, while those who work hard but are honest, are not.
