Pros
A few genuinely talented and dedicated colleagues trying their best in a difficult environment. Occasionally interesting projects, though often derailed by poor planning.
Cons
Illegal behavior: Unethical behavior: I was personally threatened with termination for refusing to write graphic sexual content that I was not comfortable producing. This is not just inappropriate — it's unacceptable... AND ILLEGAL. Unethical behavior: I witnessed several instances of unethical conduct at multiple levels of the company, with little to no accountability. Sexism and bias: There is a clear gender bias in how decisions are made, who gets promoted, and who is heard in meetings. Women and non-male employees often have to work twice as hard for half the recognition. Disconnected leadership: Senior management is completely out of touch with the local market. Rather than adapting to the realities of the Western market, they continue to force approaches that may have worked in India but are fundamentally misaligned with the expectations and needs of customers and employees here. Unrealistic expectations: Employees are expected to deliver results under impossible timelines with limited resources, all while navigating constant shifts in strategy. Toxic culture: Dissent is not tolerated. Speaking up, even constructively, often results in being sidelined or labeled as "not a team player."
