Pros

Very flexible! You can adjust your working hours based on your schedule and your client's needs. Ability to work remotely while traveling or when you want to. But there is also a strong motivation to come into the office! Free catered lunch + salad bar as well as countless snacks and drinks. Everyone is so friendly and fun to be around while working! It's a great size company with a lot of room for growth.

Cons

None - the training processes could be a bit more structured but everyone is always willing to answer questions

Creating an environment where our team members feel supported, motivated, and have room to grow is a top priority for us. We also appreciate your feedback on our training processes. In fact, we’re already working on improving and structuring them further to ensure an even better onboarding and learning experience. If you have any specific suggestions, we’d love to hear them! Thanks for being a valued part of our team!

Pros

Really good work environment and company culture. People are approachable, and there’s a lot of trust and positive energy day to day. There are real opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility. If you want to contribute, suggest ideas, and make an impact, there’s space for that. Managers have quite a bit of autonomy, which makes work more dynamic and less rigid. You can feel the product culture, decisions make sense and are purposeful. Collaboration between teams is good too, it doesn’t feel like everyone is working in silos.

Cons

Being a growing company, priorities can shift sometimes, so you need to be flexible. Not everything is fully defined, so being proactive helps a lot. There are lots of ideas and ambition, but like any company in this phase, you need to prioritize and accept you can’t do everything at once.
