Pros

The pay is not great. Opportunities for continuing education are plentiful. Medical benefits only available for workers 32+ hrs week. Opportunities to cross-train, personal train and teach GX classes. Also opportunities for advancement to become assistant .managers and site managers.

Cons

Pay is not great and limited. You won’t want to stay here in the long-term.

Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

Cons

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
