Pros

Any pros that I could write here aren’t true anymore.

Cons

Health Insurance benefits were cut. Premiums went from 100% company paid to 80% which meant pay cuts for everyone. The lower your compensation, the higher percentage of a pay cut you received. Mental Health used to be paid for at %100. This was life changing for many but company took that benefit away and inserted a $40 co-pay for each visit. One employee cried over the loss of treatment for their autistic child. Many others cried privately. The employees voiced their concerns in a passionate way and were able to convince the company to bring it down to a $10 copay but not before firing some of their most brilliant engineers and other employees first for even speaking up. It was disgusting. The CEO sold the company to Vista and well…. I encourage you to do some research on that company before joining Pluralsight. The company implemented an intelligence and personality test which is, in its very nature, discriminatory towards several groups of neurodivergent individuals. The company spent an obscene amount of money on a Head Quarters in Draper and then turned around and cut everyone’s pay. Sales is a boys club. Not a good place for women.
