Pros
Most of the old reviews here do not capture the current culture of Plugable. Things have changed a lot in the last few years, the org structure has become less linear, they have promoted many employees into leadership positions, expanded their resources and talent, and adjusted HR support and company policies to address feedback. Pros: Plugable is a great place to work. At its core, Plugable has a culture that promotes transparency, work-life balance, and personal and professional growth. As an employee at Plugable, you are given trust and accountability for the work you do. I have never felt micromanaged, the management style is not top-down and it feels like everyone in the organization has an equal voice. Because we are a small company, hands-on learning and growth opportunities are available to everyone.
Cons
Growing pains. Plugable is a small company with big ambitions. It is an exciting and dynamic place to be as a company, but can also mean every employee has to punch above their weight and can be overwhelming and a little chaotic at times. The good news is that management is realistic and understanding about workload vs resources and will work with employees to navigate priorities.
