Good systems in place - Solutions Consultant PlotBox Employee Review

PlotBox has a great and welcoming family from a variety of backgrounds and when I joined I was kindly welcomed to the team. During my time at PlotBox I saw how caring the community is and how everyone lifted each other up to celebrate their victories and support them during hard times. Beyond the people, the work is also great and I was able to express my interests and my growth points and management helped me grow those skills by giving me new opportunities.

I was staffed remotely and I wish I got to meet these wonderful people in person.

They don’t micromanage. Pay is good.

They have a person in marketing that has no idea what she is doing. You are told to call on leads already called on, without any notes. Was there 3 weeks made the necessary calls, but was not told to do so until 3 weeks after I started. Meetings constantly that are not pertinent to sales, you get assigned a “buddy” who was a coder! She knew nothing about sales. Most customers called could not use the service as they were too small. Sales cycle way to long to make decent commission.
